Purchasing & Delivery
We deliver worldwide. Our standard delivery time is between 1-15 days Monday through Friday depending on your shipping address. Irrespective of your location in the world where you want your order shipped, we would do everything possible to get your order to you as quickly as we can. We do process orders every day however, our order delivery services run Monday to Saturday excluding public holidays in either or both the order originating and or destination country(ies). In some cases, orders can be shipped out within 24 hours after order payment is received. In addition, some of our products are shipped out via services of FedEx(www.fedex.com), USPS(www.usps.com), DHL(www.dhl.com), UPS(www.ups.com), TNT(www.tnt.com), DPEX(www.dpex.com), Royal Mail or regular mail services. Kindly make sure that you supplied your correct shipping address. All orders with incomplete or incorrect address can only be held for a maximum of 5 days after which the order will be cancelled, and your money returned to you via your order placement medium.
We advise that correct street name, email address and or contact telephone are supplied when placing your order. We do not accept order delivery to a Post office boxes.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. .
Product Shipment Restrictions, Import Duties, Taxes and Brokerage
Any import duties, taxes, handling fee, custom clearance or brokerage fee due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. We do not collect any of these charges or will not be able to give you an estimate beforehand because the charges vary from country to country. We cannot mark packaging slip for international shipment as “gift” or with an altered price. Where one of our vendors does not ship a product to your country, we will adequately advise you. However, a Vendor may ship to your hotel room or a United Kingdom address if you visit United Kingdom even if the Vendor does not ship direct to your country.
Order Cancellation & Fraud Protection
Order cancellation may not be accepted after order has been processed and shipped out. This is because we do everything possible to process orders immediately where possible. However, every request for order cancellation will be treated on case by case basis. In case we are unable to cancel your order, we will do everything possible to explain the reason(s) to you. In most cases it wold be that the order was processed immediately and already shipped out for delivery. In all cases, we have 14 days no reason return policy.
Where an order is flagged by our ordering system, we may require the buyer to supply additional information for us to process the order. Where the required information is not supplied, unfortunately we will not process such order.
