How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
This is determined by the shipping method you choose when making your purchase. However, some fast delivery may require premium shipping payment. How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
Once we have shipped out your order, you will not be able to cancel or change your order. However, you have 14 days no question ask return window to inform us of your intention to return your order and additional 14 days to ship your order by to us. Please refer to our Return & Refund section for more details.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You do not need an account to place order. We however, encourage you to create an account so that you will be able to use wallet as we are only able to credit your wallet with 1% of your total purchase per month noncumulative. With an account you can also track your purchase history, save vendors of your interests, monitor your RMA request, monitor your seller support tickets and add money to your wallet (you will not need to be using your bank card to make payment every time you want to make purchase.
